A list of common problems developers encounter and how to fix them

Compiled here is a list of common problems developers encounter while getting started with the T5 headset, and ways to work through fixing them.

USB not supported

(Sample graphic of USB 2.0 connection to be added here)

Make sure you are connecting your headset to a USB 3.0 port. We recommend trying other ports on your computer, as ports are often not well labeled

No Audio

  1. Make sure the Tilt Five device is selected as the active audio output device
  2. Mute and unmute the main WIndows audio devices

Unpairing the wand

If a wand powers on with the fast-blink red indicator, it is unpaired.

If a wand powers on with the steady indicator, it has been paired and has a key.

To put a wand back into pairing mode from the “has key” state, press and hold X and B, then press and hold the Home/System button.
